I can’t believe that Christmas is right around the corner, and it didn’t quite set in until I woke up this morning and was greeted by all the wonderful presents my sister had wrapped throughout the night. From age-old stockings hanging above our fireplace, to a simplistic wreath adorned with pine cones, Christmas is in full force at the Schultz house. My favorite tradition of all, choosing and embellishing our 9-foot tree, is unique to my family’s taste. Every tree has it’s own personality, and my mother has collected ornaments like doll houses, vintage painted bulbs, and Santa Claus figures ever since I can remember.
